IT STARTED WITH A BANG...

As always, when planning a new campaign shoot, there's a decent amount of nerves and electricity in the air.. But I’m fairly certain no-one expects to start the day facing near death with an electrocution!

*Note to self, don’t leave your hair styling tools to melt on themselves and then step on the exposed wires.. EEK! Never one to let a near death experience stop the show, in true D'fly style we shook off the megawatts and forged ahead.

You can never really plan a shoot day from start to end, but that heart stopping power surge certainly set the scene for one of the most sizzling shoots we’ve ever done.

This season, we did some soul searching back to the heart of the brand’s spirit, so it was mermaids, glitter bombs, piles of sass and 'wash your mouth out' attitude. Think neon signs, skateboards, giant clam shells, sequins, mermaid bikinis and a live sized unicorn, all combined with our trademark irreverence and knockout products. Epic.

Once you gather the perfect team over the years, you need not look elsewhere, so we called in our favourite crew and locked in the most incredible model we’ve ever seen.

(*Actual jaw drop, Jena G is literally to die for. Stunning, profesh as hell, and nailed everything we threw at her. There’s not many girls who can balance side saddle on a unicorn, holding a candle and eating an ice-cream, but she handled it like the superstar she is)

Setting the scene at The Style Co’s all white urban warehouse gave us the perfect space to play. And so the games began… Fast and furious, the A-Team pumped out look after look with stylish ease, and we saw the hours of hard work and planning transform into magic in front of the camera.

This season sees our iconic quotes also moving into sterling silver jewellery designs, which are punchy as f#%k, and we fell in love with the styles all over again seeing them behind the lens on the stunning Miss Jena.

Without revealing too much, let us just say there was a perfect mix of unicorn magic, mermaid styling, custom made tees that Nanna would not approve of, and a whole lot of sass...

The latest 'Naughty and Nice' collection is by far the most banging we’ve ever produced, and I know our customers will fall in love with it too.
