STOCK

Due to the unique and handmade nature of Damselfly’s products, there are not always large volumes of stock available for purchase. Should you require more than what’s in stock please contact us directly and we will assist you with your enquiry.

For custom made and personalized items, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. In most cases we will be able to get it to you sooner. Of course, please let us know if you have a special event or request for this to be fast tracked and we’ll see what we can do!

Please note for orders, our cut off is 10am. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. 

JEWELLERY CARE

All of our jewellery is made using the highest quality materials and finishes. To keep it looking as nice as the day you bought it, make sure you follow these steps…

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, moisturisers and cleaning products.
  • Keep it out of sunlight when you’re not wearing it.
  • Make sure you store it somewhere safe either flat or hanging gently.
  • Use a soft cotton cloth to rejuvenate its shine.

Sensitive? Never fear, our jewelry is all nickel and lead free and made with sterling silver. 

RETURNS

Damselfly takes great pride in its reputation for quality products. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact hq@damselfly.com.au within 7 days of receiving the order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund, less any shipping charges.

Please be aware that any items purchased at a reduced or discounted price are not exchangeable for other items and cannot be refunded.

Refunds: Once you return your item to us, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund. Refunds will be made back to the PayPal account the item was paid for with.

Exchanges: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to receive the returned item, process it, and then re delivery times as stated above. Don’t forget to include what you would like the item exchanged for e.g. different size, colour etc.   

PAYMENTS

We accept PayPal as our form of payment. PayPal is free to join and there are no additional or hidden charges for payments made in Australia. There’s no need to share your financial information, so you know you’re safe, plus they offer buyer protection of up to $20,000 for eligible purchases. And best of all, it’s easy to use - you can link your bank account, credit card or debit card to your PayPal account.

PRIVACY

We have done our bit to ensure that all of your information is safe and sound. We’ve put in place the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your personal information is kept safe behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to these systems. We do monitor general customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site.

We don’t disclose your personal information to third parties, unless we are required to for the following reasons: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by Damselfly, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service. Damselfly reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Damselfly or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.

You have exceed the maximum number of match products allowed on the order. The maximum allowed number of match products per order is 10.
