Returns

Damselfly takes great pride in its reputation for quality products. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact sales@damselfly.com.au within 7 days of receiving the order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

We offer a full refund or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the tags still attached (and the gift box and/or pouch) within 7 days of purchase. The amount of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund if the gift box and/or pouch are missing.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions. 

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings and headpieces are excluded from the refund/exchange unless faulty. 

We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned order; only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

Refunds: Once you return your item, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund. Refunds will be made via the payment form by which the item was paid for. 

We recommend return items be sent via a freight method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. 

Exchanges: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to receive the returned item, process it, and then re deliver your new order. Don’t forget to include what you would like the item exchanged for e.g. different size, colour etc.  

Please note that any change of mind returns will incur a $10 shipping charge.  

Variance in Crystals

All crystals are individually hand picked, each with their very own characteristics. Each piece may vary slightly from the image on the website. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange for a different piece.
