PRODUCT CARE
  • At Damselfly we pride ourselves on maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Each and every piece of Damselfly jewellery is hand crafted and requires delicate handling and care.
  • As our jewellery is handcrafted, you may notice slight variations in colour, size and shape of precious stones and/or plating finishes. 
  • To ensure the longevity of your precious jewels, avoid exposure to chemicals and cosmetics, keep away from extreme heat and direct sun for prolonged periods and store in a box or pouch for protection.
  • Thoroughly dry jewellery after exposure to water as moisture can cause tarnishing & may weaken closures.
  • We recommend removing jewellery when you shower or bathe and particularly in the ocean and in chlorinated water.
WARRANTY
  • A 6 month warranty on all Damselfly jewellery is offered to our lovely customers from date of purchase. This warranty is valid for manufacturing faults only and is subject to assessment and approval by our claims department.
  • Please note, the warranty does not cover wear & tear or neglect of your jewellery item. For further information or to make a claim please contact hq@damselfly.com.au
REPAIRS
  • Damselfly jewellery is hand made and delicate by nature, we encourage customers to take care when handling and wearing your jewellery items to avoid damages. 
  • In the instance that a piece of Damselfly jewellery is damaged or broken, please forward an image of the item to hq@damselfly.com.au with a description of the fault and proof of purchase. We will then assess the damage and get back to you with a course of action and any associated repair charge. 
  • Be sure to ship returns via registered post or courier as Damselfly will not be responsible if your package is lost or damaged in transit. Please note, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated if the fault is not the responsibility of Damselfly.
